DTID's Renewal Planning
The DTID Board of Directors and Executive Director have been working on preparing for the SID-Renewal for the District. They have updated the Services plan for the next five years. This document, and a briefing about the renewal have been loaded on the Reports page.
A Note from the Executive Director:
Dear Stakeholder,
The attached documents are for your review concerning the newewal of the Downtown Toledo Improvement District. We are contenplating expanding the district to include additional properties that have expressed interest in being a DTID stakeholder.
As we finalize our parcel maps, we will send all stakeholders the suggested SID boundaries and corresponding budget. We anticipate teh budget to be in character with our initial term, however since we have not completed our assessment of the potential impact of an expanded boundary, a final budget number is not included in these documents at this time.
We will discuss this further when we meet and will be prepared to answer all questions as we ask for your support. Feel free to call me for any questions and/or comments at 419-249-5494.
